Season to taste is written by me, Sharon Campbell:
a sub-editor and writer living in rural Surrey. This
is my personal blog; by day I work in London for
delicious. magazine, which is great as I’m surrounded
by food. I sub recipes and food features,
write for the website and – bonus! – get to try
the food that comes out of the test kitchen.

I live with my boyfriend B., who loves cooking as much
as I do. I started this blog to give myself an outlet to write more about
the subject we’re passionate about and that’s a huge part of our lives; to
push us both to be more creative in the kitchen; and to help us explore
and fully appreciate the seasonal produce that surrounds us.

There are few things I won’t try at least once, and even fewer foods that
I hate (rhubarb, cucumber and cooked bananas). I love risotto, seafood
and sushi. And I’m slightly obsessed with cheese – the stinkier the better.

I’m a competent home cook but have had no formal training. Most of my posts
will focus on cooking and eating seasonally; however you may occasionally get
a peek into our garden if we’re successful at growing our first vegetables.

Although we are enthusiastic cooks, there is still a lot for us to discover, even
with everyday produce. Join us on our culinary journey, as we cook our way
through seasonal fruit and veg (with the odd sweet thing, too).

I just wanted to let you know about my Japanese cookery lessons that I run in West London. I will shortly be having a sushi class for blogger on 18th of Novemebr at 7:30pm.. I specialise in regional Japanese food that are perhaps lesser known in the UK, I also offer Sushi and Japanese Home Cooking lessons. Would you be interested in attending the evening?

Please have a look at my website http://www.yukiskitchen.com if you would like; I would be very grateful if you could include a link on your blog. I also have a blog and would happy to include yours there too. Please let me know what you think.

I hope we can meet soon,

    Yuki
